The České Budějovice Hospital is a modern medical facility with 1,473 beds, making it one of the largest medical facilities in the Czech Republic. Its services are used by residents from the entire South Bohemian region. On average, three and a half thousand employees work in the České Budějovice hospital. This makes it one of the largest employers in the South Bohemian Region. As part of the public procurement, the facility required new Microsoft office software licences. |

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 for 500 stations
The hospital requested an operating system upgrade in 2019, along with a switch to a newer version of Microsoft Office. Českobudějovická nemocnice demanded the delivery of a manufacturer-supported version of the office suite for a total of 500 stations within the facility.
The aim of the project was licensing efficiency and a compatible transition to the operating system used.

The client placed great emphasis on the compatibility of the supplied licences. PREDNY SLM provided free market licenses for Microsoft Office 2019.
Savings
The total savings amount to 60 % and represent a saving of more than 146 675 € in absolute terms compared to Select D.
