Microsoft SharePoint Server Standard for 725 users

In order to migrate and maintain compatibility with the existing system, the facility required the supply of 725 legal software solutions in the latest version and Standard edition. At the same time, in order to enable the future upgrade of the existing Exchange 2016 e-mail platform to the latest version for reasons of higher security, integration and compatibility with the requested solution of the centralised planning and communication platform of the ZZS JmK, the facility required that the requested access licences also enable this upgrade. The aim of the project was to upgrade to a newer, more secure and, most importantly, compatible solution with the current version of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013.

	The South Moravian Region Ambulance Service provides pre-hospital emergency care in a region of 7,195 square kilometres with 1.2 million inhabitants. The South Moravian Medical Ambulance Service has 23 call bases and employs more than 600 people. Every day, paramedics in the region have up to 350 call-outs. The South Moravian Ambulance Service was looking for new software that would maintain compatibility with the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 system currently in use by 725 users.

Integration and compatibility with existing solutions? No problem for PREDNY SLM...

The client placed great emphasis on the compatibility of the supplied licences. PREDNY SLM provided the installation of the new SharePoint Server 2019 with local network setup including AD, installation of SharePoint Server, subsequent migration and export of the original data to the new solution, testing of the functionality of the new system and finally deployment into live operation.

By purchasing and using 725 Core CALs and then upgrading to Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 from the free market, the South Moravian Region Health Rescue Service saved funds that can be invested in other areas where money is needed.
