Task and goal

Latest software solution

As part of a public procurement procedure, institute required the delivery of a legal software solution as a combination of: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and appropriate Client access licenses for the entire organization.

The purpose of the public contract was the transition to the latest software solution Microsoft Windows Server Standard, Exchange Server Standard and access CAL licenses (Windows Server User CAL, Exchange User CAL) in the total number of 600 licenses for the entire organization and delivery of 75 MicrosoftOffice Suite 2019 Professional Plus.

For the mail server, we provided the Ostrava-based Health Institute with the required licenses for the latest product Exchange Server 2019 Standard, including Core CAL 09/19 User access licenses that include:
