	The Odra River Basin deals with the management of water basins and rivers in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc Regions. As a state-owned enterprise, it acted with the care of a proper manager and already knew in advance that the most advantageous option for acquiring the Office Suite is 2016 version. This version has the same period of support as current at the time of the competition 2019 version, from which at the same time they hardly differ technically.

In December 2020, Odra basin issued a public procurement procedure for the supply of used software Microsoft Office Suite 2016, where, however, it set as conditions of delivery the submission of a complete chain of license holders, the sending of so-called transfer sheets to Microsoft's headquarters, and a confirmation of software deinstallation of all previous owners.

The state enterprise Povodí Odry requested the delivery of a manufacturer-supported version of the MS Office Suite 2016 suite for a total of 270 stations within the organization.

Solutions

Since the cheaper "suppliers" who participated in the tender process were not able to prove the necessary documents for the legal transfer of licenses (they probably did not have them at all), it was the turn of 100 % transparent documentation from PREDNY SLM. Within the delivery, in addition to what was required, we also ensured that the software manufacturer was informed about the transfer and enabled the Odra Basin to manage licenses using our online license management platform - Software Trading Platform
